in short, I think you need to make sure things have actually migrated. We can't actually see anything at the site. I think only you can see the content, and nobody else.

Note to self - do not delete old site until new site is working correctly. I've got the wordpress export ready to load up but namecheap is really dragging their feet on sorting out the issue.
Finally got it imported, so you can now see it - however the security certificate is not quite working yet... I tell you namecheap IS cheap but painfully complicated compared to other sites that include a free security certificate as standard...
So, the security certificate is not up to date....
...and you still have the Hello World page up
